Alex is a contextual designer focusing on elevating the built environment and urban fabric. Growing up in Brooklyn left a lasting impact as he developed his unique sense of design. Alex headed south to complete his Bachelor of Architecture at prestigious Auburn University. While studying at Auburn’s Rural Studio, he focused on the architecture profession’s social responsibility while creating well-constructed and inspirational buildings.
Now based in Atlanta, Alex has worked as an integral part of area design teams in all phases, from conceptual design through construction. He is skilled at managing a diverse array of consultants while delivering a thoughtful, beautifully designed building that adheres to the original design intent.
Alex’s impressive architectural skill set matches his advanced technical skills and expertise in building information modeling technology. Recent collaborations include complex commercial and multifamily projects and smaller scale dwellings. Alex is also skilled in small-scale furniture design.
Alex enjoys woodworking, kayaking and cooking. You can find him headed to the park with his border collie or lounging with his cat on weekends. Each year, Alex enjoys a family summer trip to Greece.
