Story
A new 150 unit townhome community with urban density designed around courtyards to enhance community with alley access to garages. The New Urbanism site planning focused on pedestrian access and linkages to nearby retail and restaurants. The development was designed for two construction phases and included an amenity building comprised of unit mailboxes and a pool house with an infinity edge pool. The overall goals were to create a human-scale walkable community, establish a connection to the local retail district, and to minimize the focal dominance of the car by providing pedestrian entrances for visitors via planted courtyards with garages and other facilities in the back-of-house areas.
