Story
The architect planned 9,300 square feet to accommodate the executive corporate offices for a growing real estate investment firm. The client requested a “clean, fresh” space that adopted the materials and style of the base building’s lobby. An added caveat was the display of the firm’s art collection.
The entry, reception, waiting, and meeting areas are composed from a family of rich colors and textures borrowed from the building lobby. A neutral palette of paint allows for the art work to be prominent and compliment the clean contemporary lines of the architecture.
The office areas continue the neutral palette with accents of warm wood and tan colors. The corporate art collection extends through the offices with a gallery of project photos. The light neutral walls and green carpet create a calm and refreshing atmosphere for the stressful work of the development firm.
