Story

An existing automotive supply shop at North Highland in Inman Park was transformed into two office suites and a small restaurant. The entire site was vacant, overgrown and considered a “broken window” in the community. The client wanted to completely renovate it into a mixed-use building.

Jones Pierce master-planned the building to turn the metal warehouse front into a “timber truss” porch for a 2,300-square-foot restaurant space and the remaining 3,300-square-foot remaining upper level into office spaces with a separate entry. The granite rubble walled basement was cleaned out to become 4,400 square feet of additional offices with a side entrance on grade.
