The remodeling of the exterior of a late 60’s bowling alley to establish a new brand and increase visibility. The branded exterior caused the business to remodel the interior for a comprehensive branded experience.

Architect to provide the interior renovation construction drawings to implement the branded food services for the Student Center.
Renovating and adapting an old restaurant that was previously used as a latin nightclub into a dinner theater. The client wanted the front façade to evoke a sophisticated feeling like their other locations in downtown buildings or an old theater.
Renovation of a former gas station turned laundry into a new coffee house. The removal of a former canopy to create a light filled space as a rebranding of the building. Sales increased 20%.
