Buckhead Ranch Renovation

A client came to Jones Pierce after purchasing a dilapidated ranch home on a large 2 acre lot on the prominent West Wesley Road in Buckhead. The abandoned and boarded up home has been sitting open to the elements for at least 2 years! The proposed design solution takes off the existing low slope roof and replaces it with a new steeper roof. This allows for a new second level addition over the existing house footprint. A painted brick home with timber accents pulls from a European style influenced by the architect Edwin Lutyens and his country houses.
